These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to veterinary services provided under the trading name Gayton Veterinary Group.
Gayton Veterinary Group is a trading name used by more than one legal entity. The legal entity responsible for providing services will depend on the service provided and will be confirmed at the time of booking and on relevant documentation such as invoices, consent forms, and correspondence.

2. Legal Entity and Contracting Party
Gayton Veterinary Group operates through the following legal entities:

Gayton Veterinary Group Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales
Company Number: 03907169
Registered Office: Gayton House, 40 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6AT.
Where services are provided by the general partnership, the contract is between the client and the partners trading together as Gayton Veterinary Group.
Where services are provided by Gayton Veterinary Group Ltd, the contract is between the client and Gayton Veterinary Group Ltd.
References in these Terms to “Gayton Veterinary Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the relevant legal entity providing the service in question.

3. Veterinary Services
Veterinary services are provided by qualified veterinary surgeons and staff in accordance with professional standards and guidance issued by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
While we take all reasonable care in providing veterinary services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed and treatment decisions are based on clinical judgement and information available at the time.

4. Appointments and Attendance
Clients are responsible for ensuring appointments are attended on time.
We reserve the right to charge for missed or cancelled appointments where insufficient notice is given. Details of cancellation requirements may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable for veterinary services provided, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment is normally due at the time services are provided. We reserve the right to request payment in advance or to require a deposit for certain services or procedures.
Quotes or estimates provided are indicative only and final fees may vary depending on treatment required.

6. Prescriptions and Medicines
Prescription‑only medicines will only be supplied or prescribed in accordance with RCVS requirements and applicable law.
The provision of prescriptions, medicines, or repeats is subject to clinical appropriateness and a valid veterinary‑client‑patient relationship.

7. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable at the time services are provided.

8. Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns with us as soon as possible so that we can address them.
Formal complaints will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure and RCVS guidance.
